Combining with the natural beauty of this place is the bay of Trujillo, today one of the most beautiful in the world. Trujillo offers a cultural history without equal in its fortresses, museums, parks, and buildings with Spanish, French, and English trends. The population of Trujillo is made up of approximately 50,000 inhabitants, with a majority identified with the Garifuna ethnic group, Rich in the customs, rhythms and rites of their culture, harmoniously coexisting with the mestizos and a small number of foreigners. Trujillo has hotels, restaurants, banks, telephone service, internet, fax, mail service, interurban bus transportation covering routes to La Ceiba, San Pedro Sula, Tegucigalpa, and daily air communication with any town in the country.
Respect, sense of responsibility and attention are mandatory characteristics of the staff of this institution. Some teachers are bilingual. Two teachers whose training and experience have earned them recognition and respect in this community and throughout the country supervise the institution. They are Félix Antonio Cardona And Manuel Antonio Espinal. These teachers are constantly receiving refresher courses to improve and update their academic training.
